Conversion of a redundant boilerhouse at London Metropolitan University into a base for Graeae, a disabled-led theatre company which profiles the skills of actors, writers and directors with physical and sensory impairments. The challenge is to turn a hidden away set of spaces on many different floor levels into a model of accessibility.
