Our proposal consisted of ‘country’ house, and two kinds of town house.

The Country Houses are set around a planted courtyard with large gates. The front block contains the entrance and covered carport with two bedrooms above. At the back of the plot is an open-plan, double height kitchen/dining/living area, with a small enclosed patio to the rear.

The Town Houses are two or three storey houses with small gardens at front and back. All services are contained in prefabricated kitchen and bathroom pods which will be brought to site pre-finished and clipped on to the main house shell.
