We have designed twenty nine new homes and rebuilt one ruined cottage. All are modern and spatially generous, with open interiors giving onto large gardens, and with parking by the front door. The new houses and roads use local materials, and establish a new vernacular based on the realities of living and building in Lawrenny today, while remaining subservient to and respectful of the existing established character of the village.
